Iceland Waterfall Elopement Session – Iceland has a unique landscape unlike anywhere else in the world. It has become a very popular destination in recent years and if you are unsure what all the fuss is about…
Then let’s just say we are glad you stumbled upon this post!
Iceland is called the ‘Land of Fire and Ice’. Ice refers to the glaciers that cover some of its land and Fire refers to the hot lava-filled volcanoes.
It is a country of extremes which makes it a great place to explore…
The other amazing thing about Iceland is that it has a lot of waterfalls – over 10,000 actually! And some of them are perfect spots for an adventure elopement.
Skogafoss Waterfall on the south of the island is a spectacular sight. It is one of the biggest waterfalls in Iceland.
Skogafoss is a popular tourist spot so Magda, Saevar and their photographer Michalina couldn’t believe their luck when they realised they had it all to themselves!
Magda and Saevar decided to have an adventure session next to this beautiful waterfall after tying the knot in Poland. Magda wore a gorgeous lace dress that floated in the wind as she moved. Doesn’t she look stunning?!
Keep scrolling to see even more amazing shots of them getting within touching distance of the cascading waterfall. You might even be able to hear the thundering sound of the water if you look close enough! 😉

Magda and Saevar edge closer to the roaring waterfall….
Dancing by the waterfall…
At this point, they are so close they can both feel the refreshing spray of the water against their skin!
